North Shore Dojo
World Class Karate Training
North Shore Dojo teaches the fine art of Shotokan Karate. Within a typical class, students focus on all essential aspects of physical fitness including physical conditioning and strengthening, stretching, endurance building, and the integration of the mind-body interactions. These special attributes have led to the development of this award and medal winning internationally renowned program.
Our KIDS AND TEENS program offers many of the same benefits in a much more traditional shotokan karate environment. The same benefits, including, self-confidence, better social skills, discipline, and respect are gained in these classes.
ADULT group classes and private lessons are also available for adults. See class schedule or contact us for more information.
The KARATE CAN-DO PROGRAM offers individuals with a wide range of abilities the opportunity to participate in karate while improving their physical, cognitive, and emotional health.
